Spring arrived in Waterloo Region this week! But we’re happy to share this Homer Watson Business Park project update that was captured just a few weeks ago.

While Building 2 is now leased, Building 1 & 3 are under construction and available for occupancy in Summer 2023!  Building 1 is fully enclosed and interior work is underway. Building 3 steel continues to go up and is making fast progress.
