Historic Charm, Modern Comforts
After acquiring land with environmental issues in Kitchener’s up-and-coming East End, we painted an inspiring picture through a master plan for more than three acres of urban infill. Located next to the Borden LRT Station, our concept included retail, community uses, and over 500 homes. With parking hidden below grade, the plan featured bike pathways and an iconic multi-use pavilion at the corner of Stirling Avenue and King Street East. Our efforts to reveal the latent value in an overlooked property prompted an experienced residential developer to acquire the site to fulfill its potential.
